El Silencio Trail offers an exceptional hiking experience on the western side of the majestic Arenal Volcano, guiding you through scenic secondary rainforest trails and across the historic 1968 lava flows. This journey provides a unique opportunity to learn about volcanic activity, local history, and the diverse flora and fauna that thrive within the park.
Along the trail, your expert naturalist guide will share insights into the geological forces that shaped the landscape, as well as the ecological recovery that followed the volcanic eruption.
